After losing the FPJ Memorial Award, Metro Manila Film Festival entry Oro received a second wave of sanctions over the reported killing of a dog in the movie. People behind the Oro film have been handed a one-year ban from joining the film festival because of the controversial dog slaughter scene, said the MMFF Executive Committee.
