Local temperature dropped further yesterday but anticpation and excitement over the 65th Miss Unuiverse pageant heated up with the arrival of 29 candidates who toured the city and received generous servings of local hospitaltiy and culture ahead of the coronation night on January 30 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Miss Universe Organization President Paula Shugart, Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, and other Miss Universe candidates greeted the local residents of Baguio City.
