A LEISURE Centre will spend 5,000 on CCTV to help crackdown on groups of yobs who have been hanging around outside and ‘intimidating’ members. Cricklade Leisure Centre has had a recurring problem of young people loitering outside the building, which has prompted complaints and made members feel uncomfortable.
