Early morning litter patrols have cost one litterbug a A 75 fine after they were caught not using a bin recently in the Marchwiel area. Enforcement Officers acting on behalf of Wrexham Council have been working out of hours in targeted hot spot areas that have been reported to them by concerned residents.
