Each year dozens of Cumberland County patients have a home on the road when they go for cancer treatments in Halifax. The Canadian Cancer Society’s Lodge That Gives offers patients a place to stay, meals, parking and activities while going through chemotherapy and radiation treatment at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre.
