The young Ashhurst sprinter is part of a young group of 12 riders selected to at Cali, as is rising star Campbell Stewart, who has just finished at Palmerston North Boys’ High School, but went to a world cup last year. Castle, who has been in good form recently, is one of two sprinters in the group along with Rio Olympian Zac Williams and this trip is a way of giving some of the younger riders experience.
