CEBU City Mayor Tomas Osmena will put up signal jammers at Bagong Buhay Rehabilitation Center in Barangay Kalunasan this year. Osmena said in a news conference on Monday, January 30, that he plans to install more or less four signal jamming devices in the jail facility that even policemen cannot use their cellphones.
