Tanco Holdings Bhd’s units, Tanco Properties Sdn Bhd and Tanco Resorts Bhd, are disposing of the unit parcels in Duta Vista Executive Suites in Kuala Lumpur to Eternal Village Sdn Bhd for RM50 million. In its filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Tanco said, the proposed disposal provided an avenue for Tanco to unlock and realise the value of the properties and strengthen its financial position.
