New Delhi: In a bid to make their alliance more stronger, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday released the Common Minimum Programme of their ‘gathbandhan’ in Lucknow. Addressing the second joint press conference, the duo released a joint list of ten commitments to the people of Uttar Pradesh which includes free smartphones, skill development, better connectivity, infrastructural development, women empowerment and homes for the poor.
