Ex-Pakistan opener Jamshed suspended by PCB for ‘violating anti-corruption code’

Former Pakistan batsman Nasir Jamshed is the latest cricketer to be suspended as investigations continue into a potential match-fixing plot at the Pakistan Super League. Unlike Islamabad United pair Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif – suspended by the Pakistan Cricket Board last week – or three other players since questioned, Jamshed is not taking part in the ongoing 2017 edition of the Twenty20 competition in Dubai.
